1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using LearnixSai ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of service

LearnixSai is a free AI-powered learning platform that curates YouTube videos, web articles, and other publicly available content into structured courses. We do not host or own the educational content — we link to it.

3. User accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform.
  • One account per person. Automated account creation is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Abuse the AI generation system (spam, automated bulk requests)
  • Upload or transmit malicious content through notes or course descriptions
  • Circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Scrape or bulk-download content from the platform

5. Content

AI-generated content

Course structures and quizzes are generated by AI. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Use your judgment.

Third-party content

Courses contain links to YouTube videos, articles, and Wikipedia pages. We do not control this content and are not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or appropriateness. Content creators may remove or change their material at any time.

User content

When you publish a course to the marketplace, you grant other users the ability to enroll and learn from your curated course structure. You retain any notes you write. Published courses can be unpublished at any time.

6. Marketplace

Published courses are visible to all users. Enrolling creates a copy of the course structure for the enrolling user. The original creator can unpublish at any time, but existing enrolled copies are not affected.

7. XP, achievements, and gamification

XP, levels, streaks, and achievements are features of the platform with no monetary value. They cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged. We may adjust the XP system at any time.

8. Availability

We provide the platform "as is" with no guarantees of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnixSai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, all data is permanently removed.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
